You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days after your credit-card payment has been processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Black Turtle Travel.

After the 14-day cancellation period:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations made 60 days or fewer before the retreat start date are nonrefundable.

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, unused accommodations, or unused retreat activities.
Reservations may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your retreat investment against certain unexpected circumstances. If you would like information about available travel-insurance options, please message Black Turtle Travel.

Coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider. Purchasing travel insurance does not guarantee claim approval.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
